Finance Controller

As a Finance Controller at our organization in Bhopal, your role is crucial in managing the financial health of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, compliance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial operations. Your analytical skills, leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations will be key in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the finance & accounts team effectively. - Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies. - Oversee day-to-day accounting, billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes. - Ensure statutory compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and other financial regulations. - Develop internal financial controls, policies, and procedures. - Manage audits, financial risk assessments, and ensure timely closure of statutory filings. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS & financial reports for management. - Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and stakeholders for financial matters. - Support management in decision-making with data-driven financial insights. **Requirements:** - Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. - Proven experience of 7+ years in finance & accounts, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership/controlling role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial compliance. - Proficiency in Zoho Books, ERP, Excel, and other financial software/tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Strong business acumen with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
