Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur for a Finance & Compliance Lead, offering flexibility for some remote work too. A dedicated person is required to handle the financial backbone of the studio’s growth and future institutional expansion.Core Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Project ReportsPrepare detailed project reports for art studio expansion, exhibitions, catalogues, and production.Develop financial forecasts, cost sheets, revenue models, and investment plans.Create feasibility studies for future funding.2. Funding, Loans & Institutional FinanceWork on bank loans, government schemes, MSME benefits, and financial support options.Prepare documentation for financial institutions.Liaise with CA firms and financial advisors.3. Legal & Statutory ComplianceEnsure all legal parameters for the organization are updated:GSTMSME/UDYAMTrade license & shop establishmentAgreements & MoUsLegal contracts for curators, galleries, clientsMaintain record-keeping and compliance calendar.4. Financial ManagementBudgetingCash flow managementVendor paymentsPricing frameworksAnnual financial planning5. Risk & GovernanceSafeguard intellectual property, artwork rights, copyright documentation.Maintain clear financial governance and transparent records.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Finance and Financial Statements management
• Expertise in Accounting and knowledge of relevant principles
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying trends
• Excellent Communication skills for reporting financial insights and collaborating with stakeholders
• Familiarity with compliance standards and understanding of financial regulations
• Relevant experience in financial roles and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and organized with problem-solving abilities
