Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Art Business Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling customer service queries, assisting with finance-related activities, and executing analytical tasks. The role involves coordinating various aspects of the business to ensure smooth operations and support the creative team.

Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years in art management, digital marketing, or curatorial work.Education: Fine Arts, Art History, Curatorial Practice, or Digital Marketing background preferred.Independence: Can manage tasks end-to-end with your creative guidance, but not at the cost level of a senior curator.Focus Areas:Set up and maintain online art listings/sales.Curate storytelling content for artworks.Coordinate email newsletters, patrons, and digital exhibitions.
