Job Description

Experience Required: 2-3 years in finance, accounting, or operations administration

Reports To: Founder / Director

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

  • Manage customer invoicing and billing for installations and maintenance
  • Track payment receipts and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Maintain accounts payable for supplier invoices
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
  • Track expenses and ensure compliance with budget
  • Manage petty cash and payment documentation
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records

2. Admin & Compliance:

  • Maintain company legal and compliance documentation
  • File GST returns and tax compliance documents
  • Manage employee records and payroll coordination (with external accountant)
  • Maintain customer contracts and agreements
  • Issue invoices and maintain accounting records
  • Organize and archive documents

3. Human Resources:

  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Track attendance and leave management
  • Coordinate with payroll for salary processing
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain HR compliance and statutory requirements

4. Operations Support:

  • Assist in inventory tracking and stock management
  • Coordinate with suppliers on billing and payment terms
  • Prepare reports for founder on financial and operational metrics
  • Support customer communication on billing and payments
  • Manage office operations (utilities, supplies, maintenance)

Key Skills:

  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge Excel and financial software proficiency
  • Attention to detail and accuracy GST and compliance knowledge
  • Organizational and administrative skills
  • Customer communication
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization
  • Success Metrics: 100% accurate invoicing and billing 95%+ timely collection of payments
  • Zero compliance or tax filing delays
  • Monthly financial reports completed by 5th of each month
  • Expense tracking: <5% variance from budget

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
