Roles and responsibilities will be the following: 1. Entry of vouchers into Tally or suitable accounting software on a daily basis. 2. Entry of financial and activity data from bills/vouchers, into spreadsheets for planning, monitoring and review on a daily basis. 3. Processing of payments to team members, vendors, partners etc, after authorisation, on a weekly basis. 4. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for audit, income tax, fcra, charity commissioner and other returns for statutory and legal purposes, as well as for internal monitoring and evaluation. 5. Review and monitoring of travel log sheets submitted by team members on a monthly basis. 6. Support in administrative tasks such as organising logistics for team events, board meetings and other organisational events. 7. Visit to field offices on a regular basis, for reviewing financial and administrative arrangements on the ground as well as monitoring condition of organisational assets.
