Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support the Controlling team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Assist in preparing financial reports, variance analysis, and cost tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data
Contribute to cost control and optimization initiatives
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and internal controls
Work with SAP or similar ERP systems for financial data management (if applicable)

Eligibility Criteria

Education: M.Com (Master of Commerce) Pass-out year 2023 or 2024
Academic Background: Entire academic history must be in the Commerce stream
Academic Performance: Minimum 60% aggregate in M.Com
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in any domain
Location Preference: Candidates currently based in Bangalore
Skills: Strong understanding of Accounting concepts, Financial Reporting, and Costing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
Added Advantage: Experience or familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
