Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail oriented and analytical Finance Accounts Executive to join our team in the real estate sector This is a combined role involving finance management, accounting, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing funds, preparing cash flow statements, handling project budgeting, maintaining accurate accounts, and compiling monthly MIS reports Coordination with internal teams and external consultants will also be key to ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance Candidates with real estate industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze actual cash flow statements and projections.

• Create and manage project wise budgets and cash flows.

• Compare and report forecasted vs. actual financial performance.

• Supervise and record day to day accounting entries in Tally (or similar software).

• Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and maintain vendor ledgers.

• Ensure timely bank reconciliations, journal entries, and accurate ledger postings.

• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for return filings, compliance, and audits.

• Collate data and coordinate with internal departments for MIS and reporting.

• Maintain accurate financial records and proper audit trails.

• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports in designated formats/templates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate CA Inter / CA (Mandatory)

• 4 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).

• Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
