About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will not only be hands-on with accounting tools like Tally, Busy, and Excel, but will also bring a strong business acumen and understanding of how finance connects with the wider operations of an organization.

If you’ve previously worked in an e-commerce setup, that’s a big plus — you already know the pace, complexity, and excitement that comes with it.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping entries in Tally / Busy / Excel.
• Manage accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Support monthly and yearly financial closures.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure accounting accuracy across functions.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights that help streamline operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and government standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong command over Tally, Busy, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of business operations and cross-department coordination.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in E-commerce / Retail / Trading companies will be an added advantage.
