Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks and help maintain accurate financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations
• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Help in the preparation of reports and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding financial transactions
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc. is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations
• Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software
