Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage and oversee our company’s financial data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience, with strong proficiency in Tally and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for internal use.
• Support in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Handle any additional tasks related to accounts as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates based out of South Delhi will be given a strong preference.
