Finance & Accounts Executive

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and support the finance department at our Zirakpur location. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Bank, Cash).
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
• Bank reconciliation and vendor/supplier account reconciliation.
• Manage GST working: input/output, reconciliation, and return support.
• Handle TDS working and deduction processes.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reports, and MIS preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for accounts-related queries.
• Support senior accounts team during audits and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updation of all financial data.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime preferred.
• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
