Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, billing, receipts, and payments.
• Manage sales and purchase entries, journal vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
• Support in GST filing, TDS computation, and monthly closing activities.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and follow up for outstanding payments.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements for management review.
• Coordinate with the internal audit and finance team for compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in inventory and expense tracking for production and logistics departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 0–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment).
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Excel / MS Office.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
