Job Summary:

Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and commission dental equipment at clinics, hospitals, or laboratories.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs of dental units, X-ray systems, compressors, suction units, autoclaves, and imaging devices.
• Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to end-users.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation as per company standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) for efficient service delivery.
• Follow company safety protocols and compliance requirements during all activities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in servicing dental or medical equipment (preferred).
• Familiarity with brands is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of networking and dental imaging software is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and service manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

• Valid driving license.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
