Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients – hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales
• Conduct product demos, trials, and training at client sites
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely payment collections
• Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer feedback, and market insights
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Science/Pharma/Dental preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in medical devices, pharma, diagnostics, or dental products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Ability to travel locally within Jaipur and nearby regions
• Must own a two-wheeler
