Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Field Services Engineer. The professional will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing fitness equipment, providing technical support to ensure optimal functionality, and conducting preventive maintenance to enhance product longevity. The role involves direct interaction with clients to address inquiries, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective solutions. Qualifications Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Proficiency in Customer Service with a client-focused approach Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities Educational background in engineering or a related technical field is a plus Prior experience in the fitness equipment industry is advantageous
