Field Services Engineer

You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Drive systems in Power Plants, Steel Plants, Cement plants, Ports & Sugar plants. Additionally, you will provide customer service support against Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) at customer sites and perform troubleshooting of Hydraulic Drive Systems at site along with root cause analysis of technical problems. It will be essential for you to close monitor competitors activities in the market during customer visits and generate After Market business with End User/OEM by promoting Repair Service, Spares sales, and retrofit/upgrade of equipment. You will also conduct technical training for customers on Installation and Maintenance related topics, as well as generate Service Awareness at End Users to create ownership for their hydraulic equipment. Qualifications Required: - Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering - 2-5 years of experience in the Power, Steel, Cement, Hydraulic Servicing industry - Knowledge of basic mechanical/electrical engineering fundamentals - Understanding of hydraulic components and working principles - Proficiency in hydraulic circuits If you are interested in this position, please email your CV to poornima.c@classicsearchplc.com.,
