About the Role

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining steam systems and related service equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain steam systems and related service equipment.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient system performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Perform audits, warranty visits, and product validation to ensure compliance.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

Required Skills

• Technical:

  Field Instruments, Basic PLC, Electrical & Instrumentation, Steam Accessories (PRS, CRS, Valves, Traps).

• Soft Skills:

  Customer Relationship Management, Analytical Thinking, Communication, Team Collaboration, Positive Attitude, and Willingness to Travel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in similar roles or industries.
• Additional certifications related to steam systems or engineering.
