Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer based in Surat, with some flexibility for remote work. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for conducting service calls, providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing preventive maintenance on solar systems. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer inquiries, ensuring smooth system operations, and delivering high-quality service to meet client expectations. Collaboration with the technical team to resolve complex issues and maintain customer satisfaction is an integral part of this position. Qualifications Field Service skills, including on-site inspection, diagnosis, and repair of solar panel systems Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently Experience in Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of equipment Customer Service skills to address inquiries, provide clear communication, and maintain customer satisfaction Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of electrical systems or prior experience in the solar energy industry is a plus Flexibility to travel locally and work in a hybrid setup Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
