Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Mumbai. In this role, the Field Services Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, and providing technical support for fitness equipment. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service during service visits and maintaining detailed documentation of service activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance of equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service during on-site visits
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Technical knowledge or certifications in electrical, mechanical, or similar fields is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally for assignments
