Role Description

This is a contract role for a Field Sales Specialist. The role involves generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and executing sales operations. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role based in Lucknow, allowing for a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Lead Generation experience
• Proficiency in Sales Operations
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the fragrance or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Compensation: 2% of sales generated + reimbursements
