Job Description

As a Field Sales Specialist at Athera Solutions, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through direct client engagement and expanding the client base. Your responsibilities will include: - **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: - Identify new business opportunities in your assigned territory through industry knowledge and networking. - Utilize outbound sales efforts such as cold calling and email outreach. - **Client Meetings & Consultations**: - Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their IT needs. - Present Athera Solutions offerings including software development, cloud services, and technology consulting. - **Sales Presentations & Demos**: - Deliver engaging presentations and demos showcasing how our services can meet client needs and drive growth. - **Relationship Building**: - Develop strong relationships with clients, key decision-makers, and partners. - Cultivate trust and maintain a consultative sales approach. - **Sales Strategy & Target Achievement**: - Develop effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Focus on revenue growth and market penetration. - **Proposal Preparation & Negotiations**: - Prepare detailed proposals based on client requirements. - Lead contract negotiations and manage the closing process. - **Market & Competitor Analysis**: - Stay updated on market trends and client needs. - Identify new opportunities and provide valuable insights. - **CRM & Pipeline Management**: - Manage the sales pipeline in CRM software to track leads and opportunities accurately. - **Customer Support & Post-Sale Follow-Up**: - Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. **Qualifications**: - Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in IT services or technology consulting. - Strong understanding of IT consulting, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services. - Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
