Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, generating leads, and managing sales operations. Daily tasks include conducting market research, meeting sales targets, addressing customer inquiries, and effectively communicating the value of Aenora’s digital solutions to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the company’s growth by delivering exceptional customer service and identifying tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Understanding of Sales Operations and processes, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships with a professional and personable approach
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT or digital solutions industry is an advantage
