Field Sales Specialist

• Location: Bangalore
• Experience: 03 years (Freshers welcome)
• CTC: 25,000 35,000 per month + Incentives
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new clients.
• Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
• Generate leads, follow up consistently, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Gather market insights and report competitor activities.
• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and enthusiastic personality.
• Must have a valid driving license and two-wheeler for field mobility.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and one South Indian language preferred.
• Prior experience in B2B or field sales is an added advantage.
