Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Assist customers with policy purchase, renewal, claims process, and general inquiries.
• Educate customers on insurance terms, policy features, and coverage to empower informed decisions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (claims, underwriting, tech) to resolve complex issues quickly.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Share feedback and trends with internal teams to help improve products and services.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations and delight them with every interaction.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 13 years of customer service experience, preferably in fintech, insurance, or B2C sectors.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and email/chat platforms.
• Empathetic, patient, and genuinely motivated to help others.
