Job Description

Sales Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
  • Visit potential and existing customers to present company products and solutions.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to close sales.
  • Conduct site assessments and coordinate with the technical team for quotations and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and product innovations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and customer support).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of solar systems and energy products.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
