Job Description: Field Sales Executive - Automotive Accessories (AIS140 VLTD) Job Title - Field Sales Executive Location - Eastern Region Reports To - Head of Sales We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive the adoption and sales of our AIS140 Vehicle Location Tracking Devices (VLTD) and related accessories to Automobile/Car Dealerships within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling accessories or similar products directly to automotive dealerships, possess excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive retail landscape. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed sales targets for AIS140 VLTD and associated accessories by actively identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with new and existing Automobile/Car Dealerships (OEM and multi-brand). Dealer Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships (e.g., General Managers, Sales Managers, Accessories Managers). Product Expertise: Become an expert on the AIS140 standard, the technical specifications of our VLTD products, and the specific regulatory and commercial value they offer to dealers and end-customers. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (especially concerning AIS140 compliance) to identify new business opportunities. Training & Support: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for dealership staff (sales, accessories, and service teams) to ensure effective product positioning and sales. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasting in the CRM system. Administration: Manage the entire sales cycle, including order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely installation and after-sales support in collaboration with the operations team. 📝 Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of direct field sales experience in the automotive sector, specifically selling accessories, components, or related products/services directly to car dealerships. Product Knowledge: Prior experience or familiarity with Telematics, GPS tracking, vehicle security systems, or AIS140 VLTD is highly desirable. Skills: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage a large sales territory. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Other: Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
