As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks, including communicating with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, generating leads, and overseeing sales operations on-site. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication and customer service skills, sales and lead generation expertise, and experience in sales operations. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities, the flexibility to work independently or as part of a team, and preferably previous experience in the construction industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous.
