Job Description

SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Gypsum boards and allied building materials to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers.
Generate leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits, site inspections, and product demonstrations.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and report insights to management.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Proven sales experience in building materials, gypsum boards, POP, drywall systems, or construction products.
Strong field sales and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and dealer/distributor networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
