Planning & Progress Monitoring Develop look-ahead programs for finishes based on main project schedule. Track productivity and manpower deployment; advise on acceleration measures when required. • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Participate in site meetings, technical workshops, and coordination sessions. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent. • Minimum 610 years of relevant experience in finishing works on high-rise buildings, hospitality, commercial, or hospital projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera P6, and site reporting tools. Sound understanding of international codes (ASTM, BS, DIN, ISO), construction tolerances, and QA/QC standards.
