Field Sales Manager

A Field Sales Manager leads a remote sales team, setting targets, developing strategies, and coaching reps to meet revenue goals by managing territories, analyzing performance, building client relationships, and coordinating with marketing to drive sales growth and market presence. They handle recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and tactical planning to ensure overall sales success, often joining key negotiations and managing the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate field sales representatives.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and action plans to achieve company objectives.
• Performance Management: Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide feedback to ensure goals are met.
• Territory & Pipeline Management: Oversee sales territories, manage client accounts, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and other teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
• Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar sales role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
