The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle including client engagement, site visits, deal negotiation, and post-sale relationship management. The role demands a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong interpersonal and sales skills. Roles & Responsibilities Proactively manage and follow up with leads provided via the company’s CRM system. Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property site visits for prospective clients Present property features, benefits, and pricing effectively during client interactions. Guide clients through the negotiation and closure process. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company standards Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience. Represent the company professionally in all dealings and promote the Homes247.in brand.
