The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle including client engagement, site visits, deal negotiation, and post-sale relationship management. The role demands a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong interpersonal and sales skills. Roles & Responsibilities Proactively manage and follow up with leads provided via the company’s CRM system. Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property site visits for prospective clients Present property features, benefits, and pricing effectively during client interactions. Guide clients through the negotiation and closure process. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company standards Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience. Represent the company professionally in all dealings and promote the Homes247.in brand. Candidate Requirements Educational Qualification: Minimum: Completion of 12th Standard (PUC) Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in any field Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in direct sales or field sales roles Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and client servicing abilities Ability to build and maintain client relationships High emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings Compensation & Benefits Fixed Remuneration: Competitive and in line with industry benchmarks Incentive Structure: Lucrative performance-based incentives (₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per month based on targets achieved) Other Benefits: Training, growth opportunities, and performance recognition programs Apply Now and become part of a dynamic team revolutionizing real estate in India!
