System Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated System Administrator, either experienced or freshers with a strong interest in IT infrastructure and hardware. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems, ensuring smooth hardware and software operations, and assisting in troubleshooting technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure system reliability. Assist in managing operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic network setup. Perform routine system backups and updates. Support end users with technical issues related to hardware and software. Maintain inventory of IT hardware and assist with procurement. Assist in setting up and managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Document system configurations and maintenance activities. Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement IT policies and procedures. Provide support for hardware installation, upgrades, and repairs. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting. Understanding of operating systems such as Windows and Linux. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS). Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team. Educational background in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications or coursework in hardware and system administration are a plus. Prior hands-on experience or internships in IT support will be advantageous but freshers are welcome. Experience : 1Year or above Work Environment: Office environment with hands-on hardware tasks.
