Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive B2B client acquisition in the Faridabad region. The role includes managing sales activities, conducting client meetings, and ensuring successful onboarding on Alibaba.com.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations, client meetings & demos to onboard SMEs on Alibaba.com.
  • Build strong relationships with business clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent pipeline management.
  • Provide basic onboarding guidance and coordinate with internal support teams for product postings & account activation.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to optimize sales strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience (E-commerce / SaaS / Marketplace preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
  • Familiarity with local business landscape in Faridabad is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
