We are looking Nellikuppam, guduvanchery, tiruporur, madhavaram mahendra vel city that area and near by area people needed Reporting To: Project Head 🎯 Role Objective: Drive sales performance by converting leads into bookings, ensuring top-notch client interaction, and supporting project targets for plots, villas, and flats. 🔹 Key Responsibilities 🗓️ Daily: Attend client meetings, explain projects, and arrange/attend site visits. Generate and qualify leads via calls, field visits, and referrals. Follow up daily with potential clients via calls/WhatsApp. Maintain updated sales kits (brochures, layouts, price sheets). Participate in review meetings with Project Head. Track competitor pricing, offers, and nearby launches. Collect and log client feedback after site visits/bookings. Submit sales reports (lead source, booking, follow-up, dropouts). Monitor target achievement and report improvement plans. Run and follow up on customer referral campaigns.
