Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective field sales strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling personal loans, business loans, gold loan, lap loans, mortgage loans products. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activity. Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and improve customer engagement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in field sales management or related role in NBFC industry (preferably). Strong understanding of personal loan, business loan, gold loan, lap loans, mortgage loans products and their applications. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels. Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
