Field Sales & Marketing Executive – B2B   Position Overview:  As a Field Sales & Marketing Executive –B2B, you will play a vital role in managing sales for business clients (B2B). You will be responsible for client acquisition, building relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the brand through various channels. This role is highly dynamic and offers attractive incentives based on performance.    Key Responsibilities:  B2B Sales Responsibilities:  ·        Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and approach potential retail business clients, build long-term relationships, and maintain a network of industry contacts.  ·        Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our diamond jewellery collection, including design, quality, and value propositions, to effectively present and sell to retailers.  ·        Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute plans to grow the client base and increase market share.  ·        Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations with retailers, ensuring pricing and terms align with company policies while maximizing profitability.  ·        Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.  ·        Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience.  ·        Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management on performance and market dynamics.    Additional Responsibilities:  ·        Monitor and ensure payment collection as per agreed terms.  ·        Conduct field visits to stores and exhibitions to meet with clients.  ·        Gather and relay client feedback to the management.  ·        Use company-provided tools and software (e.g., MS Excel or sales applications - Odoo) to manage sales data and track progress.    Qualifications:  ·        Education: Minimum Graduate.  ·        Industry Experience: Proven experience in the jewellery industry, especially diamond jewellery sales, is preferred.    Skills:  ·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  ·        Ability to engage and persuade clients.  ·        Proficiency in MS Excel and sales software.  ·        Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu.  ·        Motivation: Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.  ·        Adaptability: Ability to handle both B2B and B2C clients effectively.  ·        Travel: Willingness to travel across South India for official work (Company covers food, accommodation, and travel expenses).    Compensation:  ·        This role offers a competitive salary with an attractive incentive-based compensation structure.
