About the Role:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote ShinePoints Reward Software, a product of ShineEdtech Projects Pvt Ltd. This role involves direct interaction with retail store owners to introduce our loyalty platform and drive subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops in your assigned area
• Pitch ShinePoints and explain its benefits
• Offer a 1-month free trial and convert to ₹999/year plan
• Achieve 50 store tie-ups per month
• Maintain relationships with retailers and support their onboarding
• Report daily progress and feedback
