Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, and achieving sales targets for various loan products including personal loans, home loans, business loans, and auto loans. This is a field-based role requiring strong interpersonal skills, financial knowledge, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell various loan products to individual and business clients. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, local market activities, and digital sources. Visit customers at their home or office to explain loan products and process documentation. Collect required documents and assist customers throughout the loan application process. Ensure customer eligibility and verify documentation as per compliance requirements. Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients for repeat business and referrals. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients until loan disbursement. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Update lead and sales data in CRM or reporting tools. Provide feedback from the market to the product and marketing teams. Required Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Experience: 1-3 years in field sales, preferably in financial services or loan sales. Skills & Competencies: Good communication and presentation skills. Strong sales and negotiation ability. Basic knowledge of financial products and lending procedures. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
