Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our range of SOLIDWORKS products3DEXPERIENCE, Simulation, and Desktop versions to customers across Mumbai and nearby regions. Each product line represents a unique solution for different engineering needs, and we are looking for professionals with the ability to understand technical products and translate their benefits to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • SOLIDWORKS 3DEXPERIENCE: Focus on cloud-based collaborative product development solutions.
  • SOLIDWORKS Simulation: Promote engineering analysis tools for FEA, CFD, and design validation.
  • SOLIDWORKS Desktop: Cater to core CAD needs for mechanical design and drafting.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer product recommendations based on their needs.
  • Work with the technical team for product demos, POCs, and solution presentations.
  • Prepare and send proposals/quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and share weekly progress reports with the sales manager.
  • Build strong post-sales relationships for upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams for implementation follow-up.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering fields.
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales is highly preferred.
  • 2-5 years of B2B field sales experience in technical/engineering/IT products.
  • Freshers with strong technical aptitude and interest in sales may also apply.
  • Basic understanding of CAD/CAE tools or engineering software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
