Field Sales Executive

Job Purpose:  To drive sales and distribution of Company branded water bottles in the assigned market by developing new business with distributors, retailers, and direct clients, ensuring continuous order flow, and meeting set sales targets.     Key Responsibilities:  1. Market Development & Sales  • Visit assigned territories daily to promote and sell company water bottles.  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.  • Identify and develop relationships with potential distributors and retailers.  • Generate new leads and follow up to convert them into customer.   2. Client Acquisition & Order Management  • Onboard new distributors and retailers in the assigned territory.  • Take regular orders from existing clients and ensure timely deliveries.  • Maintain a proper order booking process and share details with the operations/logistics team.     3. Relationship Management  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.  • Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly.     4. Market Intelligence & Reporting  • Collect market feedback, competitor information, and price trends.  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and visit reports to the Reporting Manager.     5. Brand Promotion & Visibility  • Ensure proper product display and branding in retail outlets.  • Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities in the territory.     Key Skills & Competencies:  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  • Negotiation abilities  • Target-oriented approach with proven sales track record  • Good knowledge of local market and customer network  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively    Qualifications & Experience:  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field  • 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG / Beverages preferred  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory     Compensation & Benefits:  • Travel allowance as per company policy  • Growth opportunities within the organization
