Key Responsibilities: Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). Conduct routine inspections and sampling of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Perform microbiological, chemical, and physical tests to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and testing instruments. Investigate quality issues and customer complaints; recommend corrective and preventive actions. Prepare and maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions. Work with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Train production staff on quality and hygiene best practices. Assist in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.       Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Industry field. Experience compulsory in food quality control or assurance, preferably in a food manufacturing or processing industry. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.). Proficient in MS Office and laboratory/tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality. Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous): HACCP Certification ISO 22000 Lead Auditor FSSAI Compliance Training Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing Working Conditions: May involve standing for long periods and working in cold or hot conditions depending on the production area.
