We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in their designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
