Job Description

Role Objective Drive residential rooftop solar sales across Patna & nearby areas (Danapur, Phulwari, Bihta, Fatuha, Hajipur/Sonepur, Khagaul). Own the funnel from lead → site visit → proposal → token/30% milestone → smooth handover to Operations. Key Responsibilities • Prospecting & Lead Handling o Work TeleCRM/ERPNext leads, SolarMitra/vendor referrals, RWAs, door-todoor, local events. o Respond to fresh leads within 15 minutes; plan daily beat routes (100–200 km/day possible). • Customer Meetings & Site Surveys o Roof assessment (area, shading, structure), geo-tagged photos; explain 2–5 kW packages, subsidy, timelines. o Collect KYC docs: Aadhaar, PAN, electricity bill, bank passbook, property tax receipt, photographs. • Proposal & Closure o Coordinate BOQ/quotation via ERPNext; explain pricing & PM Surya Ghar benefits. o For loans: coordinate with partner banks till sanction; for cash: collect token digitally (no cash). • Coordination & Handover o Handover to Ops for installation/net-meter; maintain customer updates; collect Google review post-install. • Reporting & Compliance o Daily updates in TeleCRM/ERPNext (calls, visits, KW pipeline, closures). o Follow attendance/beat plan; submit expenses on time; adhere to nocash policy. KPIs • Monthly sales target: ≥ 10 kW. • Conversion counted when token/30% milestone is received (or equivalent bank disbursal). • Lead response ≤ 15 min; daily visit logs 100% updated; weekly KW forecast accuracy ±15%. • Customer ratings/NPS and Google review capture.
