Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and representing our brand in the market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the given territory. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collect market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems with accurate information. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Represent the company professionally in all interactions to uphold brand reputation. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM software is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required).
