Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling field-related activities virtually from home such as coordinating with clients/customers, managing schedules, collecting data, reporting daily tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a remote role that requires good communication, organizational skills, and self-discipline. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with clients/customers through calls, emails, and online meetings. Manage daily reporting, documentation, and data entry. Assign and track tasks for on-ground teams/partners. Handle customer queries and provide resolutions. Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports to the manager. Maintain records of field operations digitally. Support business development and client follow-ups. Ensure timely completion of all tasks assigned. RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Strong communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp). Smartphone, Laptop/Desktop, and good internet connection required. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Previous experience in field/operations/customer service roles is an advantage. BenefitsFixed salary: ₹22,000 per month. Work From Home (no travel required).
