Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, promoting our products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is an on-field role that requires enthusiasm, good communication, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers and pitch company products/services. Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Collect market information and report competitor activities. Ensure timely follow-ups and close deals effectively. Submit daily visit reports and maintain customer records. Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream). Experience: 0–3 years in sales, marketing, or related field. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident, energetic, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and handle field pressure. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets. Must Have: Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred). Smartphone and willingness to travel locally.
