Field Sales Engineer

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Perform field visits to demonstrate product offerings and services.
• Provide technical support and service to clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and customer feedback.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate new business leads.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure client project requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Diploma or a related technical field.
• Proven sales experience in the industrial sector, with a focus on capital equipment, machinery, CNC Machinery, cutting tools, Moulds, Plastics, hardware tools, or industrial products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to forge strong, long-term relationships with senior executives.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in product development and manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and prospects.
• Proficient with CRM software, MS Office, and sales management software.
