Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Pune. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing new business prospects, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, presenting products and solutions, and providing tailored support to customers. Collaboration with internal teams for product customization and actively participating in client meetings are essential daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and account management skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and industrial applications
• Understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office tools, and sales data analysis
• Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as necessary
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
