Job Description

As a Field Sales Engineer in the manufacturing industry, your role will involve driving sales, building client relationships, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the marketing team on product development and campaign strategies. - Determining the technical scope of projects and providing input. - Anticipating product needs and integrating desired functionalities into designs. - Developing technical marketing materials, monitoring product performance, and resolving errors. - Training marketing teams on product specifications and functionalities. - Accompanying marketing teams to events, launches, and client locations. - Delivering presentations and product demonstrations. - Answering client queries and providing technical support. - Documenting processes and compiling user manuals for the marketing team and clients. - Contributing to marketing strategies by researching market trends and technologies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field. - 1-5 years of experience in field sales or technical sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry. - Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and products. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. In addition to the above, you will be expected to: - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote manufacturing products and services. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. - Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to customers. - Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and negotiate terms. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet customer requirements. - Offer post-sales support and resolve technical issues. - Track and report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. - Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned territories. Preferred skills for this role include: - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with industrial equipment, machinery, and manufacturing processes. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. The work location is in person, with a day shift schedule.,
