Feel free to send your resumes on jobs1@avians.co.in. you can also reply on this post or DM for more information. ✔️ Position: Sales & Business development – Field Team. ✔️ Candidate must have experience in B2B Project sales of Building Material products or industrial automation products . ✔️ Must have connect with Architects , PMC s, MEP contractors , builders & Govt. bodies . ✔️ Location: Ahmadabad ,Vadodara ✔️ Experience: 7 to 15 years of experience in Business Development & project Sales. ✔️ Industry Preference: Building Material (Connect with Architects, PMCs, MEP contractors, builders, Govt. offices) Job Description: 👉 Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. 👉 Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 👉 Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. 👉 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, key accounts & achieving customer satisfaction 👉 Company presentation to the clients 👉 Monitor competitors offering and prices. 👉 Searching for new upcoming projects all over India. 👉 To Register/Log Projects with architects/PMCs/builders. 👉 Market Research, Identifying potential clients/projects. 👉 Implementing strategies/policies and reaching out to the unexplored market segment. 👉 Organizing technical presentations for new product development; resolving the technical & commercial queries raised by customers. 👉 Handle promotion activity such as Exhibition, seminar, presentation, mass mailing, and promotional calls 👉 Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills 👉 Prepare / Maintain MIS reports 👉 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction. 👉 Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. 👉 Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. 👉 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 👉 Experience in customer support is a plus. 👉 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 👉 Proficiency in English. 👉 Good Communication and negotiation skills. 👉 Ability to build rapport. 👉 Time management and planning skills. 👉 Ready to travel extensively Connect with CV on following: Jobs1@avians.co.in +91 9607 905 784
